Job Description

  • Manage monthly payroll and daily payroll activities
  • Manage company’s staff feedback, formulate solutions, and report to Management team
  • Schedule 1 on 1 sessions with all company staffs and manage KPIs
  • Evaluate each division performances and propose HR solutions to Management
  • Create and manage internal and external company events
  • Responsible for efficient staffing, successful events, and evaluation to Director

Requirements

  • Able to display communication of HR-related work and sensitive information effectively
  • Outgoing personality and people-oriented person with good public communication skills
  • Willing to travel between office (West Jakarta) and warehouse (Tangerang) on a regular basis
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (2 to 4+ years experience)

  • Preferred: Held a previous position in HR or HR-related responsibility

Job Description

  • Manage day to day job scheduling for technicians and warehouse staffs
  • Monitor active job progress and report to Management team
  • Survey and supervise field work when required (see requirements for detail)
  • Manage small inventories and petty cash with Admin/Purchasing team
  • Responsible for completion of day-to-day field work and evaluation to Director

Requirements

  • Able to display past examples of field work and effective reporting on the field
  • Able to communicate effectively between multiple divisions and coordinate decisions quickly from Management
  • A go-getter personality and able to enforce team schedules effectively
  • Able to travel around independently (motorcycle and/or car driver’s license)

  • Draft Single-Line electrical drawings for Legal approval
  • Draft electrical connection drawings for workshop production
  • Archive drawing documents in a structured filing system
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of drawings to Technical Manager and Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Able to display ready skill in minimum of 1 (One) commercial drawing software (e.g. Auto CAD, Solidworks, etc.)
